WILL YOU DROP SHIP TO MY CUSTOMER?

All drop shipments will be accessed a $3.00 Service Fee (your clients would pay us the normal shipping fee).

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Contact our Customer Service before returning merchandise for any reason. Orders returned or refused without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. A returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by Lili's Concepts.

Lili's Concepts does not ship C.O.D.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Returns are accepted for exchanges only. After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.

Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.
